Southern Star is proud to have donated to support Robbie Crumpton on this amazing and worthy challenge.

Robbie, of Edgepoint Homes will be embarking on a 9 Day (3rd – 11th May) consecutive journey in the Beretts’ 10th Anniversary Signature Tour De Cure Ride 2019 in the hope to raise cancer awareness and donations towards further research. Riding a total of 1,287km each with the goal of raising an additional combined $12,000.00, he will be cycling a strenuous route from Sydney to Geelong with the minimum distance of 130km in a single day – not to mention the weeks of training leading up to the event. Along the way, Tour de Cure will donate to local cancer projects in each overnight stop. This is aiming to help support the regional communities as this is where the support is needed the most! Each day they will stop at various different primary schools, educating the young ones on how to be fit, healthy and most of all to slip, slop, slap! Meeting the kids and spreading awareness to all is one of the most rewarding parts of the ride for Robbie and the whole team.
