Off-white, sand, and light timber tones combine exquisitely with an impressive 2-story, tiled feature wall that runs almost the full length of the home - really embodying those long Australian summer days at the beach.

The most striking feature of this design must be the enormous Southern Star 300 Series Aluminium windows. Built to commercial specifications, these windows helped LS Design Construct’s clients achieve their vision for unobstructed, end-to-end viewing and abundant natural light throughout.

This vision meant incorporating glazing heavily throughout the design - not only in the large windows but also with the Southern Star Aluminium 300 Series Stacking Sliding Doors, glass stairwell banister and glass mezzanine handrail to allow light to flow freely throughout the entire interior.

Even the large timber front door features a full-height sidelight, so the clients can see clear through to their stunning plunge pool at the back of their beautiful new home.

The modern bathrooms achieve extra privacy with translucent obscure glass, sustaining generous natural light while keeping out prying eyes.
