We always recommend using an Installation professional when fitting our windows, doors and screens. But with all windows being slightly different we have produced installation guides to help even the most experienced installer.

Installation continues to be a major problem for the performance of windows and glazed doors throughout Australia, in response to 'failed window and door systems' that are discovered to actually be the result of poor installation, the AWA has developed a series of videos detailing installation procedures and techniques.

Around 80 per cent of all window complaints are attributed to installation and care issues during the construction period. This series of instructional videos gives guidance to the industry on the correct installation of windows and doors in different types of construction.
