Let’s get Alfresco Ready!

[29/09/2020]

With summer fast approaching, and now more than ever outdoor entertaining being such an important part of our social lives, we thought this was the perfect opportunity to share some great additions to your new home or renovation that will really make your alfresco exceptional!

Both windows and doors can help make your space so much more user friendly and here are some examples of what we can offer, to help you achieve your summer entertaining oasis.

Sliding Stacker Doors
These doors are so popular at the moment, with people loving their ease of use and less interrupted glazing whilst closed. Sliding to one side to stack, they provide an open space of up to 2 thirds bigger than most alfresco sliding options. With screening options optional plus being available in both Canterbury Timer and Southern Star Aluminium, these make a great choice for any space.

Bifold Doors
This concertina style of door affords a vast open space when open. Folding to one side they can supply the perfect solution to wanting an alfresco to become part or your home. The opening provides a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors with multiple configurations available in both Canterbury Timber and Southern Star Aluminium.

Corner sliding stacker doors
Utilising the same system as the Stacking sliding doors but opening in opposite directions from the middle, giving a wider access to your outdoor space and having the doors stacked at either side of them opening. Creating a bold statement and stand-out design feature, this is a great choice for those who really want the outdoors to be part of their indoor space.

Corner Bifold doors
These are very similar to normal bifolds, however in this case two sets of the doors meet in the middle with no partition, pulling outwards, allowing the doors to provide an even wider opening and more open space for you to access your outdoor space. These really are a feature door!

Bifold Windows
Just as bifold doors work, these windows work the same. However, they provide a different purpose and can be used not only to give your space a more open feel but can also be very useful, acting as a servery space for your kitchen.

Sliding windows
Sliding windows are used all over the home but can also provide a great option for connecting the indoors and outdoors, especially in the kitchen. Available in many configurations, you can find your perfect size and use it to work as a servery between your alfresco and kitchen.
