In every other way the houses were as similar as possible.

Rooms: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
Total area: 231 square metres.
Elevated Floor: R4.0 ceiling batt.
External Wall: R2.5 – 2.7 wall batt.
Internal Wall: R6.0 batt with R2.5 perimeter edge batt.
Overshadowing: Calculated using two-storey houses on either side and build-on boundary.
DG: Refers to Double-Glazed. 
SG: Refers to Single-Glazed.
