The Surf Life Saving Foundation’s First Prize Home
Southern Star Group is proud to have been a part of delivering The Plaza, by Homecorp Constructions who selected and installed our windows and doors. The Plaza is The Surf Life Saving Foundation’s First Prize Home in the Surf Lifesaving Lotteries. Homecorp Constructions has shown great generosity, hard work and dedication throughout the project, and the results speak for themselves.
Homecorp Constructions, is a residential building company based on the Gold Coast, currently 11th top builder in Queensland with experience building luxury homes and villas.
The two-storey Hope Island waterfront prize home includes a grand entry under the cover of an entry-statement arbour, leading to a luxurious open plan kitchen, living and dining with separate media room and powder room.
The equally spacious second level encompasses four bedrooms with two bathrooms, a second living space, as well as a balcony off the master bedroom. Luxury finishes have been used throughout the home.
The Plaza also incorporates excellent outdoor living with an outdoor kitchen leading out to a lavish swimming pool.
“The money raised through Surf Life Saving Lotteries helps provide vital funds to support volunteer surf lifesavers who work hard to keep our beaches safe.”
Melanie Thompson, Head of Foundation for the Surf Life Saving Foundation said, “it is often quoted that a day at the beach with our family and friends is part of the Australian way of life; in our DNA. Enabling this way of life and tightly woven into the fabric of society, is the knowledge held by young and old to “swim between the flags”. Funds raised through our prize home lottery are critical in supporting our volunteer surf lifesavers around the country who put their lives at risk every day to raise the red and yellow flags and keep our beaches and communities safe”. Last year, our volunteers performed over 10,800 rescues and they need your help.”
